Kerlin Heights

This is a newly developed 4 plex townhome building that will offer all comforts of small town living in an intimate rural setting.  Currently under development, they will be located within the City limits of Eagle Bend.  The 4 plex will have (two) three bedroom units and (two) two bedroom units.  Each unit will have its own garage and patio.

Storage units are available on a first come first serve basis to the renters of the 4 plex for an additional cost.
